Laisha has a long history with Dragon Rises College, including earning her Masters Degree, teaching, supervising in the clinic and working in administration, early on, as Registrar, Assistant to the Academic Dean and later as Clinic Director.
She is a certified teacher of the Shen-Hammer Pulse Diagnosis system. She has had a private Chinese medicine practice in Gainesville since 2000 and practices in the style of Contemporary Oriental Medicine.
Since 2017, she has divided her professional life to include graphic design, which fulfills the artist within that was otherwise always finding ways to burst out – especially onto the white board in the classroom.
