Thank you for your Application!

The following is a brief recap of the Application process and its requirements. The following items must be completed and submitted by the Applicant. You have already completed Item 1 and may have included the  other documentation with your submission; if so, all finished. (Thank you, someone will be on touch soon.)

  1. Completed application and $50 non-refundable application fee
  2. Health Certification (form here, .docx file)
  3. Current CV or Resume
  4. Copy of Driver’s License
  5. Copy of Social Security Card
  6. Copy of Any Professional Licensures Held
  7. Two (2) Passport Photos (high-quality portrait-mode headshots from your phone camera are acceptable; please pay attention to lighting and your background. Actual paper, printed passport photos will also be required by your application’s completion)

The following items must be completed and submitted to Dragon Rises by the person or organization you are requesting information from.
These should not be collected by the Applicant, and must be emailed or mailed directly to the College:

  1. Minimum of two (2) Personal Letters of Recommendation (form here)
  2. Official transcripts from all academic institutions Applicant has previously attended
  3. Any foreign transcripts or documentation written in a language other than English, which must include the originals, a notarized English translation, and an evaluation by the credential evaluation service.
