Introduction to Anatomy, Palpation, & Trigger Point Needling
This class introduces a critically important topic that is often overlooked—yet is the top reason practitioners struggle to get results with musculoskeletal and pain patients:
palpation and needling skills.
Many assume they already know how to needle, but after a decade in continuing education, we consistently see that poor palpation and needling technique is the #1 barrier to results, in both new and highly experienced practitioners.
We built this class to change that.
In this class, practitioners will learn how to palpate and needle fascia, muscle, trigger bands, and trigger points, with an emphasis on feeling the tissue, understanding the anatomy, and achieving the local twitch response (LTR).
Common trigger points will be introduced, and the class will be majority hands-on.
Including pre-requisite videos will prepare attendees so they can get the most out of the live training.
