Menopause is a pivotal stage in every woman’s life, yet many practitioners feel under-equipped to address the wide range of symptoms and challenges their patients face.

Participants will gain a foundational understanding of the biomedicine of menopause and build confidence in recognising key patterns, selecting effective treatment strategies, and communicating with patients about this natural, yet often misunderstood, life phase.
Learning Objectives:
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
- Describe the physiological and emotional changes that occur during the menopausal transition.
- Identify common TCM patterns associated with menopause and their key diagnostic features.
- Apply appropriate acupuncture protocols to manage symptoms such as hot flashes, insomnia, and mood changes.
- Integrate TCM treatment with lifestyle and patient-centred support to enhance clinical outcomes.
